Angelus Tax provides online tax preparation services performed by licensed Certified Public Accountants (CPAs). Our services are delivered entirely online — there are no in-person office visits, drop-offs, or walk-in appointments. All document exchange, communication, and filing occurs through secure digital channels.
We offer multiple service tiers at different price points. The tier recommendation provided through our intake questionnaire is an initial assessment based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after we review your prior year return and current year tax documents. We reserve the right to adjust your tier and price if your actual tax situation differs materially from the information submitted in the intake form.
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be communicated to you before any work begins on your return.

You are ultimately responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to us. While our CPAs will review your return for accuracy, we rely on the completeness and truthfulness of the documents and information you supply.
All services are provided remotely and online. We do not maintain a physical office for client visits. All communication occurs via our secure client portal, email, or scheduled video/phone consultations. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this fully online service model.
Submitting the intake questionnaire does not create a client-CPA engagement. An engagement is established only after we review your intake, confirm your tier and pricing, and you agree to proceed. We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our discretion.
Our engagement is limited to the tax preparation services described in your confirmed tier. Any additional services, including tax planning, advisory, amended returns, or representation before the IRS, are outside the scope of the standard engagement and may be subject to additional fees.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software — is the property of Angelus, Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angelus, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by your failure to provide accurate or timely information, IRS processing times, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. While our CPAs exercise professional care and judgment, we do not guarantee any specific tax outcome, refund amount, or IRS acceptance.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Angelus, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your provision of inaccurate information.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
